  If you are shipping your brochures ahead of the show, please do so 30 days in advance of the show and address all boxes as follows:

• Move-In Assistance

  Follow the signs on Level 3 of the MGM Springfield parking garage on the day of the show from 7am to 9am. Our volunteers will unload your car and deliver your materials to your booth. You may park your car, take the elevator to the lobby of MGM Springfield and then take the escalator to the Aria Ballroom.

• Move Out

  Exhibitors are responsible for moving themselves out at the end of the show, between 4pm and 6pm.
